After Makerere University unveiling the Kiira EV in 2011 plus couple of other impressive beneficial community innovations, Makerere Business School (MUBS) located at Nakawa has too pulled their socks up this year round. MUBS business students are to launch a Google Developer Group (GDG MUBS) come 5th September 2014 at their main campus, Digital Library. The group working in collaboration with the campus administration are to provide business solutions while using the Google Technology Tools. According to the investigator, the launch will be officiated by the principal of MUBS, Prof Waswa Balunywa Dharura and MUBS third year bachelor of Business Computing students being supported by MUBS ICT centre (Business Appplication and Incubation Program) that made it to this year’s Orange Community Awards will showcase their Apps to the MUBS community.
Basically GDG MUBS is an independent group of business related developers of MUBS students ready and eager to offer Business Solutions using Google Technology Tools and the 12th Google development of its kind here in Uganda.
