The fraternity of Makerere University has woken up to devastating news indicating the demise of Apostle Stephen Ssenfuma, who was a High-ranking Pastor at Makerere-Kikoni’s United Christian Centre (UCC).
The deceased passed on in the wee hours of today morning after he had been ill for a number of days.
Friends and Followers to the deceased have since posted thousands of messages on social media eulogizing the late Ssenfuma.
“Stephen Ssenfuma Rest in Peace , you have been a religious a teacher to the most of people , Campusers have been getting saved and fellowshiping from your church. Makerere students are to miss you so much Covid is real.” One of the deceased’s followers wrote.
“So many, just like you, have had to watch from a distance without any real personal contact as loved ones pass from life to death. I can’t imagine us walking through the journey of life without you bishop, you preached a true message that disects the inner man, I have always learnt more from your sermons and word of councel” wrote a one James Malinga, who was close to the deceased.
The actual cause of his death hasn’t been revealed but a section of reports we’ve gathered from various sources indicate that the deceased succumbed to COVID-19, a virus that has claimed hundreds of lives in the nation.
The late Ssenfuma will be remembered for his service to the church and his impact on strengthening Campusers faith and their deliverance towards God.
