Unlikeable news coming in from Uganda Martyrs’ University – Nkozi indicates the passing away of a student after merciless people allegedly poisoned his food.
“On behalf of the students Union, with deep sorrow, we regret to announce the death of our beloved student Ocheng Roosevelt which occurred as per reliable sources due to food poisoning,’’ a post read on the University’s social media platforms.
Ocheng was a second-year student pursuing bachelor of social works and social administration (SWASA) at the main campus in Nkozi.
According to a tentative burial program, the deceased’s body will be laid to rest at his ancestral home in Gulu district.
