The Uganda Public Service Commission has launched its Graduate Recruitment Exercise for 2025.
With a total of 241 positions, the programme offers fresh graduates opportunities across 17 government ministries and departments.
This represents one of the largest graduate intake programs in recent years, providing new university graduates direct pathways into public service careers.
The recruitment spans critical sectors including foreign affairs, agriculture, health, justice, finance, and environmental management. Key positions include Policy Analysts in the Office of the President, Foreign Service Officers for diplomatic roles, Environmental Officers, Legal Officers, Agricultural Engineers, and Information Technology specialists. Technical roles such as Laboratory Technologists, Hydrologists, Statisticians, and Procurement Officers are also available.
Priority areas highlighted in the recruitment include agriculture and food security, technology and digital governance, environmental management, and health systems strengthening.
The Commission requires candidates to have relevant university degrees with strong academic backgrounds and demonstrated commitment to public service.
Applications should be filled ON-LINE not later than 21st July, 2025.
Most positions target recent graduates seeking to launch careers in structured government environments with clear advancement pathways.

- b)Click and Register as a new User to create your account and complete your profile (starting with your bio data moving downwards).
- c)If you already have an account, simply sign in and update your profile.
- d)Click on Jobs, then Advertised Jobs in the menu. Select the Advert to view the jobs therein.
- e)Click on the job from the list of advertised jobs.
- f)View the job details and click apply.
- g)Review your application and submit.
- h)You can only apply for two (02) posts clearly indicating the words “first choice” or “second choice” against the post applied for. Applying for more than two (02) posts will lead to automatic disqualification.
