Makerere University has announced additional slots for its student work-study Scheme.
This follows the unveiling of the inaugural 20 beneficiaries of the scheme to work as Hall attendants.
The scheme will thus, provide opportunities for students to gain valuable work experience while earning income to support their education.
Carlcare Services Limited, a partner in this initiative, has opened 10 positions in their sales department specifically for students under this program.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a registered continuing student.
- Enrolled in the Evening Program.
- Must have a minimum CGPA of 2.8 and be on normal academic progress.
- Should not be receiving any scholarship.
- Passion for work and adaptability to various environments is essential.
Application Process:
Interested students should compile their application materials, including a cover letter addressed to the Human Resource Manager at Carlcare Services Limited, a CV, an admission letter, and a signed and stamped testimonial, all merged into a single PDF document.
