Founded in 1937, Plan International, a development and humanitarian organization that works together with children, young people, supporters and partners to strive for a just world has called for applications under the Graduate Trainee Program.
The purpose of the program is to prepare and orient Ugandan graduates towards developing their skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to make them effective employees, when they secure employment.
The program will run for 11 months where successful candidates will undergo various types of training in Monitoring and Evaluation, Finance and Operations Departments.
The available Graduate Intern position titles include; Monitoring & Evaluation/ Finance & Operations/ Project Management.
Educational Requirements and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Economics and Statistics, Actuarial Science, Commerce, Business Administration- Accounting, Science in Accounting, Finance and Accounting, Project Management, Social Work and Social Administration, Development Studies, Community Psychology, Public Health, Demography & Reproductive Health or related field.
- Must have acquired at least a Second-Class upper degree from a recognized University or institution.
- Should have Graduated between the years 2020 and 2024 with a transcript available.
