The Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS) has launched a graduate trainee opportunity targeting recent graduates.
The national statistical agency, which is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supervising Uganda’s National Statistical System, is seeking to recruit talented young professionals to join its workforce.
According to an official announcement, the program specifically targets individuals who graduated in 2024 or 2025 and hold either First Class or Upper Second Class honors degrees.
The bureau is focusing recruitment on graduates from specific academic disciplines including Statistics, Economics in Statistics, BSc Quantitative Economics, and BSc Population Studies.
Interested candidates have been directed to submit their applications through the official UBOS recruitment portal at https://www.ubos.org/uboshr/public/login.
With the application deadline set for today, March 6, 2025, at 5:00 PM, prospective applicants have only hours remaining to complete their submissions.
