The Uganda Breweries Graduate Trainee Program is a three-year adventure during which you will jump straight into your new role to a real job with fast-tracked career paths where you will be inspired to reach your full potential. You will be introduced to the world of business and given the opportunity to demonstrate your drive and creativity.
Each year, through the Uganda Breweries Graduate Trainee Program, you will have the opportunity to work in another part of the business and at the end of the three-year period, you should be ready for a management role within the business.
