Former presidential aspirant and opposition stronghold, Dr. Kizza-Warren Besigye has endorsed that candidacy of Paul Kato, FDC [Forum for Democratic Change] flag bearer in the current Makerere University guild elections.

Among the members who met the party’s former Presidential flag bearer included Makerere LC 5 councilor, Doreen Nyanjura, guild presidential aspirant, Paul Kato and renowned activist, Simon Wanyera among others.
About Paul Kato
He is a former head boy at St. Theresa Boarding Primary School, Ibanda (2007), Patriotism Club Chief at St. Mary’s College Rushoroza Kabale (2011), Senior Four Candidates Chairperson at Fort Portal Secondary School(2012), Debate Club President, Head Prefect at Lubiri Secondary School (2013-2014), Secretary General of Uganda National Students Association (UNSA) for Kampala Capital City (2013-2014).
Kato is a second year Bachelor Of Education student who asserts that his ambitions are bigger than that and he only wants to make a big difference in society.
