The Youngest Independent Presidential Candidate John Katumba Tuesday morning visited Bunyoro Kingdom and pledged to construct a Public University, a football stadium, Public recording Studio and more health facilities.
On Oil and Gas, he pledges to build capacity for Ugandans and local companies to extract oil, only sale finished products among others.
The 24-year-old Presidential candidate also campaigned in Hoima City.
