As a way of slowing the spread of COVID-19, musicians BebeCool, Catherine Kusasira, Big Eye and others yesterday continued to reach out to Soroti NRM supporters door to door.
The crew, which not only distributed President Museveni’s T-shirts and face masks went further to mobilize NRM diehards ahead of the highly anticipated 2021 general elections.
Bebe Cool was yet again spotted begging elderly women, men and the youth to vote for Museveni while assuring them that the old man with a hat will secure their future. Being the biggest mobilizer of ground, Bebe Cool managed to leave a smile Soroticitizens’ faces who vowed to vote NRM at all levels.
On the same day, President Museveni commissioned a newly constructed road in Soroti before meeting with NRM leaders in Teso region. Museveni is strictly meeting small groups of people as directed by the electoral commission.
