The students of the Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) Main Campus have elected Ssekikofu Usama as their Guild President for the 2022/2023 academic year.
Usama, a second year student pursuing a Bachelor of Education defeated two others during elections held on Saturday June 4.
Speaking after being declared as the winner, Usama promised to serve the students of the Islamic in Uganda diligently.
Usama takes over the mantle from Kakande Hafdwar who is also a pursuing Bachelor of Education at the university.
