The most watched show by university students, “Be My Date” has come to an end. Season I of the show ended on Sunday with a season finale that saw Makerere University’s Anita Kyarimpa Fabiola show highlights of the previous episodes. She also hit the streets seeking for views and opinions of her fans…..basically to find out what she needs to do to make the show much more fun.
“Be My Date” will be halted until several episodes of the next season have been shot. One KIU student was overheard saying; “Finally the darned show has come to an end. I hope season two will be worth watching cuz we are tired of seeing MUK students dominate the show looking for dates as if they have no hot dudes and babes at their campus….aarrggh!”
Others think they will miss the show so much. “My Sundays used to be fun with “Be my date” I can’t wait for Season two for more fun…..it is the only day I get to shade the books stress,” Anne Atuhaire, a UCU student said.
