The preparations for the Club Music Video Awards [CMVAs] 2017 are set to move a step higher according to the PRO Victoria Nyanzi, who says response to the voting is very positive.
She further said that the “CMVA is a reflection of what Ugandans and professionals in the entertainment industry think about their artists. It is therefore important to encourage more people to participate in noticing and rewarding those who are growing our industry. To achieve this we need to create more hype, continue engaging more influencers and appreciate the participants.”
According to Nyanzi, there is a need to push the activations more seriously for people to continue voting for their much preferred music artistes.
Nyanzi adds that, any club beer consumer that happens to be in any of the hangouts that the CMVA team will be visiting starting tonight, is likely to win VIP tickets to the award ceremony or plenty of Club beer plus many other select goodies. Tonight, the team will be at Club Play.
The CMVAs are accolades awarded to Ugandan artistes for their exceptional music videos in the hope that they will cultivate more innovation in the production of video content, thus enhancing the quality of videos being produced in Uganda. The CMVAs solely focus on the music videos of local artistes and not their audio records.
To vote for any of your nominated artistes, visit mva.co.ug and stand a chance to win beer and many other goodies tonight as you vote at Club Play.
