Galaxy FM presenter Alex Bareija, commonly known as Emeka, the Romantic Mukiga has announced the end of his studio time with the Ggaba road-based station.
Emeka disclosed the termination of his partnership with the mentioned station via his social media accounts citing “time to move on” as the basis of his eccentric move.
“Hello awesome people, I just wanted to communicate that I’ll no longer be doing the Morning Saga Show on Galaxy FM. It’s been an awesome one year at the Zzina Station. Thanks all for listening in and loving me, and for all the fun moments. Time to move on,” Emeka Tweeted.
The multi talented Emeka is yet to disclose his next move but sources familiar with the matter intimated to this website that he’s rumored to be joining NXT Radio, a brand of Next Media services entailing NBS TV, Nile Post and many more.
The Romantic Mukiga has been a ‘muzinyi’ (Galaxy FM terminology) co-hosting the “Morning Saga” show alongside Ray P and Detacha, Monday to Friday 6-10AM.
Emeka started his radio journey at Pastor Ssenyonga’s FMJ and later moved to Hot 100 before joining Galaxy FM. With him is a decade’s experience of radio hosting, emceeing and content creation.
