Number one entertainment TV presenter in the country, Douglas Lwanga has
scooped the post of emceeing at the first ever Global Cultural Event happening
on 13th August 2017 at Uganda Museum. The Beat presenter on NTV Uganda will
be the MC of the cultural event according to the event’s organiser Mary
Ingabire. Douglas dubbed the best TV presenter as well as the smartest fits
the post of emceeing the event that will be full of cultural entertainment.
The event is organized by events enthusiast and tourism fanatic Mary
Ingabire under her brand Mary Ingabire Global Events.
She’s multilingual, a proud mother and above all someone with a wealth of
experience in events management and promotion.
This event comes as one of the deliberate and prime initiatives that are
set to not only market the country’s tourism potential locally but also to
the global fraternity. It’s an event that intends to showcase Uganda’s
pride, heritage and peace across a multiplicity of cultural dimensions.
Aspects of food, drinks, fashion, crafts, music, performances, among others
will be uniquely showcased under a single roof, as a way of making
revellers get a rich mix of culture and heritage.
Entrance fee is 5k for kids, adults 10k, stall 500k, VIP table 1m and Tent
1.5m.
