Friends and Fans Mourn Fallen Artiste and Mak Alumnus, Dizzy Nuts

Yesterday sad news struck the nation after the renown hard core reggae dance hall artist Dizzy nuts was pronounced dead .

Dizzy Nuts real names Oscar Mubuuke Galiwango who happens to be a graduate with a bachelor’s of Tourism from Makerere university was reportedly knocked dead by an unidentified harrier along kireka outside Victoria Bar as he was chatting with Moses Ssali alias Bebe cool leaving him (Dizzy Nuts) dead and several others injured.

Galiwango attended his O’Level education in Kabbojja after which he did his Advanced level in Mityana that saw him join premier Makerere University where he pursued a bachelors degree in Tourism.

The fallen artist rise to stardom after he featured in the famous “Fire burn dem” hit song with Gagamel boss Bebecool who took him in after he (Dizzy Nuts) had fallen out with fire base management led by the now famous honourable Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi wine and he also happened to share stage with popular Jamaican artiste Elephant man where he managed to stage an impressive performance.

However, even if he has recently been out of the social scene, the untimely demise of Dizzy Nuts has left many people including fellow artistes, friends and fans in deep sorrow and most of them, through out yesterday, took to their social media pages to mourn the fallen artiste.

“My day 1 man Rasta. It’s a pity you had to go out like that. I remember way back in Kireka hills daily rehearsal as I tried to become a rapper. You, Kenny 40 Barrels and Jay Juice plus the entire African Legends crew believed in my dream. I let y’all down. Got caught up with life and quit the game. Glad you got to make a name out of it all. Albeit short-lived. May Jah receive you with open arms.” eulogized Samson Baranga a friend to Dizzy Nuts.

“Its a double tragedy for the ugandan entertainment industry! We are saddened by the loss of Dj Jamal x dizzy, i never met jamal in person but those who interacted with him at laftaz lounge always talked good about him,how he supported in promoting Ug music at that spot,your contribution shall be missed, its also sad that we’ve lost my soldier dizzy nuts galiwango whose life was ended by a reckless driver in Kireka last nite,I remember meeting dizzy nuts two months ago in Kireka when he stopped me and said “senior jaja Calvin next year ndeeta omuziki ebintu tebibadebyangu and I said I will be waiting topowa” unfortunately his life has been cut short,dizzy was a very calm Rasta with a unique Voice.may u rest in eternal peace.” Calvin de entertainer wrote.
