The Break-dance Project Uganda is yet again bringing energy to dance this Sunday as they hold their 9th annual Hip-hop For Society event at Sharing Youth Centre, Nsambya, Kampala.
“Hip-hop For Society” is an annual event that uses popular interest in Hiphop to create
positive social change. The Director of Breakdance-Project Uganda Abramz Tekya, affirms that “Hip-hop For Society encourages NGOs, schools, artists, and others who are working toward the same goal to cooperate, because everyone has something that the other doesn’t, and we can multiply our impact by working together.”
Come Sunday January 31st at the Sharing Youth Centre Nsambya, Kampala, from 2pm – 9pm, expect rap performances by Ruyonga, St. Nellysade, Sylvester & Abramz, and more, epic performances choreographed by female members of Break-dance Prject, Break-dance battles, including: B-boys and B-girls, individuals and crews; Educate!
