Feffe Bussi, Uganda’s self-proclaimed smallest rapper, brought fire on the shores of Lake Victoria locally known as Lake Nalubaale on Saturday at his maiden concert Hip-Hop Ku Nalubaale.
Feffe Bussi’s concert was a clear manifestation of the saying ‘Feffe never disappoints’ as he performed to people’s expectations.
Curtain raisers entertained to their best while Fenon Events – like it has been the case on every event, gave the concert the best production it deserved. Fenon event’s sound was crystal clear as there were no glitches, the stage was big and beautiful, the lighting was on point while the graphics matched well with the action on the stage.
Clad in a regal costume complete with a crown, Feffe Bussi made a grand entrance as he arrived by boat accompanied by a flotilla of smaller vessels, greeted by a dazzling fireworks display.Immediately he landed, he started off his performance with songs like Kaako, Romantic, and Bagala Feffe which was suitable for the occasion going by the number of people in attendance.
The artiste in the subsequent sessions performed the rest of his songs including Influencer, Romantic, Onkuba, Fako, Ekyana, Love Yo, Buzibu Bwo, Wavako and Kirabo among others. He also dedicated another session to his collaborations including Ebyo Byoli which he did with Karole Kasita, Amaaso with Vinka, Winnie Nwagi, and rapper The Mith, Preety Pretty with King Saha, Empole” with Lydia Jazmine and “Romeo and Juliet” with Pallaso.
Besides the artistes he collaborated with, the concert also had other performances coming in from Rickman, Azawi, Dax Vybz, Red Banton, Big Eye, Vyper Ranking, Young Mulo, Kid Dee, Ava Peace, Jowie Landa, Fresh Kid and Mozelo Kids among others. Feffe Bussi’s performance and the enthusiastic response from the audience highlighted the rapper’s significant impact on the Ugandan music industry.
