Singer Jackie Chandiru will this weekend return home in West Nile, a region where her story partly begun.
Chandiru has been selected by the organizers of Miss Tourism West Nile happening this Saturday at Aragan Hotel located in Adjumani District in West Nile region.
The pageant besides Chandiru and other artistes performance will have a number of beauty queens from different regions of West Nile. These will vie for top prize of Miss Tourism West Nile and the top three will head for the grand crown of Miss Tourism Uganda 2024/25.
The finale that will happen on September 13th 2024 at the Kampala Serena Hotel will crown the overall queen and also award her with prizes that include Cash and a brand new car.
The Beauty Queen will also become Uganda’s Tourism ambassador and will also head to Malaysia for Miss Tourism International.
