Elsa Iradukunda a 19-year-old was over the weekend crowned Miss Rwanda 2017 beating Guelda Shimwa and Linda Umutoniwase who became first and second runners-up respectively in what organisers would describe as the toughest contest of all recent pageants.
Iradukunda is a high school graduate of King David High school. She represented the Western Province in the preliminaries. Iradukunda is the second title holder from the same high school, after Jolly Mutesi, Miss Rwanda 2016. [Photos by NewTimes Rwanda].
