NTV Uganda Lil Stunner, Sheila Gashumba celebrated the whole of her birth week in Dubai. “Da Beat” Presenter and also daughter to motor-mouthed self proclaimed motivatioal speaker, Frank Gashumba, like expected, fed her Instagram followers with a host of photos of her letting lose and having a good time in United Arab Emirates. She made 20 years on Sunday, Feb 7.
