PHOTOS! These were the Spookiest Halloween Costumes this Year

Well, as Halloween is meant to be celebrated on October 31, many revelers in Uganda decided to celebrate it over the weekend citing that 31st this year would be a Tuesday. It should be remembered that Halloween  begins the three-day observance of Allhallowtide, the time in the liturgical year dedicated to remembering the dead, including saints (hallows), martyrs, and all the faithful departed. There were a number of Halloween themed events all around town and these humans, according to me, had the spookiest costumes;
