There are always two sides to a story. After a one Vanessa took to social media condemn the bouncers of Wink Bar, Kololo for walloping them for apparently being underage, The Wink Bar management has come out to clarify the incident with a CCTV footage. In the footage, one of the girls, after being bounced throws profanities at the seemingly calm bouncers- and goes overboard by bending and flashing her genitals at the security officials of this fancy hangout. Below is the Wink Bar’s management’s official statement:
We have read the post on social media, accusing us of beating five girls who came to our premises on Saturday morning to enjoy the facilities. The said allegation is false. we have reviewed the CCTV footage and interviewed our security and this is what happened.
Five girls came to Wink premises at about 2 am in the morning. four were allowed in and one denied entry because of being under age. The girls became unruly and abusive towards security . One of them picked a brick and tried to attack the policeman who was at the gate and she was chased down the road.
Non of our staff got involved in running after her and non of our staff beat up any of the girls.
The girls came back later with police at about 4 am. The police reviewed our CCTV footage and were satisfied non of our staff was involved in whatever happened to the girls.
Wink management has a video footage of the incident which we have shared with police and we are going to post it on our page as well.
We are consulting our lawyers with a view to taking legal action against whoever’s Is involved in tarnishing our names with these malicious lies
