Saturday afternoon saw many girls from different universities flock this year’s Miss Uganda auditions that took place at Mackinon Suites, Nakasero. Makerere university had the largest number, with over 20 girls vying for the top most crown. However, beauty, and the fine catwalk alone were not enough for the judges. These girls, who seemingly had no idea about gardens, were quizzed about agriculture entrepreneurship and skills.
Also, 10 finalists from the Northern, Eastern, and Western region were selected and are all set to be unveiled tomorrow by the Miss Uganda foundation.
