University Students Shun Davido Concert

He’s show wasn’t as crowd pulling as Ronaldo but rather as Andrew Mwesigwa who, btw, I hear is undergoing anti suicide therapy.

Well Davido’s twin brother came to Uganda! You didn’t even know he had a twin brother, did you?
That must have been what was running in the mind of university revellers, who are sick and tired of mediocre perfomances, something mastered by the cranes.
Uganda is well mirrored by the Cranes, they raise your hopes high before they come crashing down. This is exactly what befell our dear promoter.

On promoters, how many times do you want to see a show flop before you acknowledge the contribution of campus students to the entertainment world. The period in which you chose to bring Davido is when, die-hard party animals have been humbled by exams. Very few people can take more risk. Most universities are doing papers and the rest like Nkumba are home enjoying the strike therapy.

Davido, came and he was asked to remain patient upon peeping and seeing chairs staring back at him. With the clicking away of every second the promoter started seeing all the faces of money lenders and the scent of prison food.

Papers aside, University students are towards the end very broke, they often sell off their property cheaply to raise kikomando dues, you don’t expect such individuals to part with 20k for some show ill advertised.  It’s a well observed rule of business, invest to earn but also invest wisely.

However towards 1am, some bakoowu students, streamed in. I bet some work of ingenuity, either the ticket price got cut.
