You know how there are all these style and fashion magazines saying that what you wear speaks volumes about you? they are actually saying that what you wear will determine your attitude. Well, I don’t know if eating a cheese cake makes you a cheese cake but from my personal experience, eating a cheese cake does not make me one. Instead, eating one just makes me a fan of cheese cakes and you know how? because you have seen me eating a cheese cake. All I am saying is that if I am frustrated and get drunk every night, wearing a nun’s attire will not rub smoothly on to my attitude. People will constantly know there is something shady about me even if they might not necessarily tell me. The same thing applies to all you people out there. Why wear a short dress if you are going to constantly pull it down? You are not comfortable? My point exactly.
They say that if you read a lot of health magazines, you will one day die of misprint. Wearing a hooker’s type of dress will not make you a hooker. You will instead pass on vibes like, “Guys, am really trying so hard here. Please notice”. So you’re not a hooker, you are a BAD hooker. A lot of fashion magazines confuse us because they want us to buy and wear all the clothes they make. They tell you to dress up for the occasion and they tend to attach stereotype meanings to clothes but sorry let me break the ice for you. The fact is that you determine what message your clothes send depending on the attitude you wear them with and no style magazine can change that so they manipulate you and play with your self esteem.
For example, they say that wearing buggy clothes means you are depressed and certainly unhappy with your life. It is said, it signifies low self esteem because you don’t feel sexy enough to show off your body. How many times have you seen unhappy people wearing these big jumpsuits, maxi dresses or wearing T-shirts paired with large shorts or trousers? Generally people wear these clothes to feel free and loosen up especially when they are going for vacations or chilling indoors. Does that make them sad people? If you asked me, I would say vacations are certainly the happiest days in most people’s lives and staying indoors is certainly not a depression camp _ for everyone. Obviously, there is no good enough reason to pack your body in those skinny jeans every day. If you are happy and you want to loosen up, you can still wear that maxi dress, accessorise it right and walk in to office ready for work with the right attitude of course. No style magazine will know and believe me you will have a great day. RELAX AND FREE-STYLE.
