Drama as MUBS Dude Fakes Kidnap to avoid Valentine’s

Makerere University Business School (MUBS) has never run out of drama.
The latest coming from the Nakawa based campus is that a second year dude whose name has been withheld kidnapped himself on Monday to avoid his demanding slay queen girlfriend as Valentine’s approached.

His actions got his friends so worried since he was not showing up for lectures and had not told his roommate about his plans.
The worried friends had to call his home and inquire if he was actually there – something that worried his parents so much to the extent of running a radio advert seeking his whereabouts.

In the radio advert, they described him as short, dark and fat boy of about 21. The parents’ plan was to notify the police as soon as twelve hours elapsed after the advert without any success.
“We were worried that our son might be in danger since his numbers were off” his mother told his friends who narrated the story to our reporter.

After trying all possible places he could have run to, they checked in at his cousin’s house only to find the dude locked in playing FIFA.
His excuse was that valentines was coming up and the upkeep he gets from home is not enough to facilitate his wannabe-boujee girlfriend.
“I didn’t want to be dumped on Valentine’s because I am broke. And my girlfriend is capable of that”, he said.
