Kyambogo University has officially announced the dates for its 20th graduation ceremony, set to take place from Tuesday, December 10th to Friday, December 13th, 2024.
The ceremony will be held daily from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the University Graduation Grounds.
Graduands must register online via https://graduation.kyu.ac.ug/register and clear their graduation fees by Wednesday, November 13th, 2024.

The following fees are payable:
- Graduation Fee: UGX 100,000
- Transcript Fee: UGX 30,000
- Certificate Fee: UGX 30,000
- Convocation Fee: UGX 10,000
The schedule for the graduation is divided by faculty:
- Tuesday, December 10th: Faculty of Special Needs and Rehabilitation, School of Management and Entrepreneurship
- Wednesday, December 11th: Faculty of Arts and Humanities, School of Vocational Studies, School of Art and Industrial Design, Faculty of Agriculture
- Thursday, December 12th: Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Science, School of Computing and Information Science, School of Built Environment
- Friday, December 13th: School of Education, Faculty of Engineering, Institute of Distance Education and E-Learning
Graduands are advised to ensure they meet all requirements and verify their academic details in preparation for the ceremony.
