Controversial City lawyer Male Mabirizi has reportedly sued the National Unity Platform (NUP) party President Robert Kyagulanyi commonly known as Bobi Wine over fraud in relation to his alleged illegal admission for a diploma in Music and Drama at Makerere University.
Lawyer Mabirizi has run to the Law Development Centre (LDC) Court alleging that Bobi Wine was falsely admitted for the Diploma in Music & Drama by Makerere University on mature entry (government sponsorship) despite being below the mandated age .
In his petition, Mabirizi claims that according to documents he obtained from Makerere University, Kyagulanyi was admitted on government sponsorship for the said course whilst below 25 years contrary to the time’s required age.
Like in most of Mabirizi’s cases, his motive in Bobi’s suit is still unclear and looks determined to headline the news when the Courts grant him the attention he seeks.
