Legends Sports bar established in 2012 and located off the Lugogo By Pass next to China-Uganda Friendship Hospital might be on the verge of closure after residents around the bar reported the facility for noise pollution

According to a document provided by National Environment Management Authority [NEMA] to the bar, indicates that there have been complaints regarding high disruptive noise from the bar.

The document further explains that noise from any facility or activity to which a person may be exposed is regulated under the National Environment (Noise standards and Control) regulations, 2003.

The authority, NEMA thereafter orders that the disruptive activities causing or likely to generate production of excessive noise at Legends Bar be discontinued with immediate effect.
