Makerere University’s Academic Registrar’s Department has officially released the results for the 2025/2026 Bachelor of Laws Pre-Entry Examination held on Saturday, April 12, 2025.
According to the announcement, all candidates who scored 50% and above have successfully passed the examination.
These candidates have been recommended by the Pre-Entry and Mature Age Examination Committee to the University’s Admission Committee for consideration for the prestigious law program.
The results apply to A’ Level leavers who participated in the highly competitive entrance examination, which serves as a gateway to one of Uganda’s most sought-after academic programs.
Candidates who are dissatisfied with their results have been given a two-week window from the date of release to submit appeals to the Academic Registrar’s office.
The pre-entry examination system for law programs continues to be an important selection mechanism that helps identify qualified candidates for legal education at Uganda’s oldest and most renowned university.
