This initiative, implemented in collaboration with Enabel, aims to equip young graduates with the skills and experience needed to excel in today’s competitive job market.

What is the Work Readiness Program (WRP)?

The Work Readiness Program is a dynamic initiative designed to enhance the employability and productivity of recent graduates from universities and higher learning institutions in Uganda. By providing practical work experience and valuable soft skills training, the program prepares participants for successful careers in key sectors of the economy.
