Today let’s crush on this beautiful songstress Aboss Christine Faith, a 2nd year student at Makerere University Business school (MUBS) offering a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration. While on stage, she goes by the name Tinah Queen because she is a queen in her own right. While she’s on stage, she lets out her beautiful vocals for all to hear.
Tinah, who began pursuing her singing career at the age of twelve, while in her primary six says her inspiration to sing came after the death of her beloved mother, who she loved so much. “When my mom died while I was 12, I felt I couldn’t handle the grievances and loneliness other than sing, that eventually rubbed away the misery off my life”, she said.
Her focus is African-sole music. At the moment Tina is currently singing for a mega-recognized band by names of “The 12 keys” in Mbarara. She is a talented song writer with a focus on writing gospel songs, and also mainly songs against Domestic violence. And plus, she’s a born-again, this lady is definitely extra-ordinary.
Not only is she well conversant with music, Tinah also works with an Non-governmental organisation (NGO) by the names of Millennium Project Alliance.
She’s that ambitious, determined, and down to earth soul. She says she doesn’t need to stand out because she does not want to be proud. I mean what more can you expect in a lady?
Tinah says the only way she manages to juggle between books and singing is by, ‘Working hard and playing harder.’ God is her pivot, he’ll never disappoint her.
Meet her and you’ll love her.
