A result of a new study revealed that, keeping your cell phone in your pocket is not really a good idea. Both sperm motility and viability were significantly reduced in men subjecting their testicles to Radio Frequency Electro-magnetic radiations from their phones.

Wearing Too Tight Or Black Briefs
Usually you might think colour doesn’t matter but when it comes to your sperms, it matters. The colour black is known to attract more heat compared to other colours and so wearing black boxers or briefs all the time will increase the amount of heat in your balls and this can affect your sperms. Also wearing briefs or boxers that are not your size and too tight for you, can crush your balls and this can affect your sperm quality.
Riding A Bicycle
Riding a bicycle from time to time is not that bad, but if it’s something you use for all your daily activities, then you might want to reduce it. Bicycles seats usually crush your balls when you paddling and this can affect your sperm quality or affect it’s viability.
