Weird, right? Yesterday, Phaneroo’s Apostle Grace Lubega’s followers of Phaneroo Ministries International, spent the greater part of the day circulating a video in which the preacher claimed he’d heal all COVID-19 victims that tune in for his live stream prayers that evening.

“If you know anyone (suffering with COVID-19) tell them to tune in” Lubega emphasized in the address.

Word reaching us, a day after his reported live stream however, is that instead of healing all cases, Uganda has instead registered some more.

“Today, one sample tested positive for COVID-19 out of the total 302 samples that were tested at the Uganda Virus Research Institute (UVRI).” Read a statement from the Ministry of Health late last night.

The addition brings the total of positive COVID-19 cases to 45 in Uganda. The positive sample is of a 22 year old woman, who is a wife of of one of the earlier guys that tested positive from Dubai. According to the Ministry of Health, she showed no signs consistent with COVID-19.

Uganda has not registered any COVID-19 related death.
