If you were a student at Makerere University about 5 years ago, you must have encountered a very rowdy Law Student named Andrew Natumanya aliás Tabz; a resident of Mitchell Hall.
He was so notorious that a student uprising was never a strike without his involvement. Last week, Tabz who is now Bobi Wine’s photographer was picked up by unidentified security agents and claims that he was beaten to pulp and tortured painfully.
This was in a video where he was showing injuries a day after President Yoweri Museveni was declared winner of the country’s presidential election, which the opposition has dismissed as fraudulent.
Natamunya said he was abducted, beaten and electrocuted by forces loyal to the president and now his “whole entire body keeps shaking” when he tries to hold something.
