For a University located over 30km from Kampala, hostel fees are expected to be drastically lower than the prices of those ones within a stone’s throw distance from the city. For Ndejje University main campus located in Luwero, very few students reside in rentals and hostel outside the University since the administration allows just a pocket of students to become non residents each year. Nevertheless, here are the lists and prices of hostels at both campuses.
Main Campus in Luwero
Main campus has university hostels within the campus but hostel fees cover feeding as well and all meals which are taken from the dining Hall as students are not allowed to cook.

Rentals around campus are very many, only problem are they are far from lecture rooms.
One good thing about being at Ndejje main campus is, food stuffs are cheap since it is a village setting. One can buy a full heap of jack fruit(ffene) at only Shs.1,000 or even less.
Hostels at Kampala Campus
At Kampala campus in Mengo, all students study day programs and there are no campus hostels so students have to rent or look for their own places to reside in.
