Kyambogo University has announced that its 21st Graduation Ceremony.
The momentous event will take place from Wednesday, December 10th to Friday, December 12th, 2025.
The three-day ceremony was confirmed during the university Senate’s 87th meeting held on Monday, June 16th, 2025, as part of the approved academic calendar for the upcoming academic year.
The announcement comes as the university prepares for what promises to be a significant milestone in celebrating the academic achievements of its graduating students.
The December graduation ceremony will mark the culmination of academic programs across various faculties and schools within the institution, providing graduates with the opportunity to receive their degrees and diplomas in a formal ceremony.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Eli Katunguka-Rwakishaya emphasized the importance of adequate preparation for the ceremony, noting that Faculty, School, and Institute Deans will work together with Heads of Departments to ensure smooth coordination of graduation activities.
The three-day format allows the university to accommodate graduates from different academic programs while maintaining the ceremonial significance of the occasion.
