Kyambogo University’s Office of the Academic Registrar has announced that admission letters for undergraduate students are now ready for collection at respective faculties and schools across the campus.
The admission letters cover both government and private sponsorship students entering through diploma/certificate and direct entry schemes for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Students seeking to collect their admission letters must present several original documents including their birth certificate, O-level (UCE) result slip and certificate, A-level (UACE) result slip/testimonial and certificate, academic transcript and certificate for diploma/degree holders, and their former school/college/institution identity card.
The university emphasized that admission letters must be collected personally by students themselves, with no third party allowed to collect on behalf of any student.
Collection is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm at the respective faculties and schools.
The announcement comes with a warning for students to “beware of conmen and conwomen” as the university works to protect prospective students from fraud during the admission process.
Students can find more information through the university’s official channels including their website kyu.ac.ug and social media platforms.
