Makerere University Business School (MUBS) has shared a guide for students admitted to diploma and certificate programmes for the 2024/2025 academic year wishing to change their study programmes or campuses.
According to a memo from the Office of the School Registrar, the application period runs from Tuesday, August 13, 2024, to Wednesday, August 21, 2024.
Students who wish to change their programme or campus must follow the detailed procedure provided by the university.
The process includes logging into the student portal using their student number and password, navigating through the services link, and selecting the option to apply for the change.
Students will also need to generate a Payment Reference Number (PRN) to pay the UGX 6,000 fee plus applicable bank charges for the change request.
The memo emphasizes the importance of following the correct procedure to avoid any complications in the change process.
