Ndejje University: Clearance Guidelines for 26th Grad Ceremony

Ndejje University is preparing for its 26th Graduation Ceremony, set to take place on 11th October 2024.

The event will be held at the main campus in Luweero.

Under the theme “Bearing Fruits that Abide,” the event will see students from various disciplines being conferred with their respective degrees and diplomas.

The university has outlined a detailed clearance process for the graduating students.

Graduands are required to complete several steps, starting with making payments at the bank, obtaining clearance forms from the accounts section, and visiting various departments for signature endorsements.

The final step involves receiving graduation gowns and invitation cards after submitting acknowledged result slips to the Office of the Academic Registrar.
