Uganda Christian University (UCU) has announced that the clearance process for the graduating class of October 2024 will officially begin on September 25th, 2024, at 2 pm.
Graduands are required to report to the Standard offices to complete their clearance, a change from the previous location due to some inconsistencies at the Alumni Office.
As part of the process, all students set to graduate in the upcoming ceremony are urged to fill out an online form before arriving for clearance.
In addition, they must submit a photo, renamed with their full name, course, contact information, and campus details to the alumni email at publicity@alumni.ucu.ac.ug.
The October 25th ceremony will mark the second part of UCU’s 25th Graduation Ceremony, following the first installment that took place on July 5th, 2024, where 1,160 students were conferred their degrees at the university’s main campus in Mukono.
Graduands are encouraged to complete all necessary steps in time to ensure a smooth transition towards their graduation day.
