Uganda Martyrs University (UMU) is set to mark a momentous occasion with its 30th Graduation Ceremony on October 18, 2024.
The event will be held at the Nkozi Main Campus.
Over 1,500 students are expected to graduate in various disciplines such as Business, Social Sciences, Education, Health Sciences, and more.
This year’s theme, “Celebrating Our Heritage and Positioning UMU in the 21st Century,” emphasizes the university’s ongoing role in shaping Uganda’s future leaders and innovators.
Also, according to the university announcement, the event will be graced by the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Hon. Thomas Tayebwa, who will serve as the Guest of Honor.
Founded in 1993, Uganda Martyrs University has been commended for upholding high academic standards, producing over 30,000 alumni.
The final list of all graduands is expected to be released in the due course.
