Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) set up under the Investment Code 1991 is a statutory agency mandated to initiate and support measures that enhance investment in Uganda and advise Government on appropriate policies conducive for investment promotion and growth. The changing investment environment and Government priorities have necessitated the modification of UIA’s mandate.
UIA offers internship in an effort to provide students from a variety of educational disciplines the opportunity to apply academic classroom learning to actual work experience.
Applications are therefore invited from University students in Uganda for internship placement in the following disciplines
- Bachelors of Law
- Bachelors of Statistics , Economics , Business Statistics or the Equivalent
NB: Only students who are recommended to undertake internship by the University will be considered and the student must possess a recommendation letter.
