Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC) is calling for applications from fresh graduates to fill various positions as internship fellows.
The entity is offering Graduate Internship opportunities for a maximum of six (6) months non-renewable contract to recent graduates interested in starting a career in Oil and gas.
Interested candidates will vie for positions in departments like finance, Human Resource, Procurement, National Content, Corporate affairs, IT and many more.
For one to be eligible, they;
- Must provide a copy of University degree Transcript obtained from a recognized University Le. (Bachelor’s Degree)
- Must have a minimum of a 2 class upper degree, with a minimum CGPA of 4.0.
- Must have scored a minimum of a Credit in Mathematics and English subjects at Ordinary Level (O’level).
- Must have graduated not more than three years from the time of applying for this opportunity
- Must have excellent communication skills

It should be remembered that UNOC Limited was established under the Petroleum (Exploration, Development and Production) Act and the Petroleum (Refining, Conversion, Transmission and Midstream storage) Act, both of 2013 and incorporated under the Companies’ Act, 2012.
It is a limited liability company wholly owned by the Government of Uganda. The overall function of UNOC is to handle the State’s commercial interests in the Oil and Gas industry and ensure that the resource is exploited in a sustainable manner.
