HEALTH TIPS! How to prevent yourself from getting sick

Germs are everywhere, and in almost everything. You need to keep yourself safe and free from infections. Some of you may have already started doing the needful… you know carrying sanitizers and wipes in your bags which is a good thing, but do you ever try out the other methods…. Here are some few tips to learn;

Wash your hands regularly.

This is a very important aspect of keeping clean and preventing yourself from germs. Wash your hands on a daily, after using the toilet, before and after eating, after touching dirty surfaces etc. This way you’ll always be free from disease.

Drink plenty of fluids daily.

Let’s face it, you can’t always get to a sink when you need to wash germs off of your hands. So keeping a bottle of hand sanitizer handy is a good idea to help disinfect hands and prevent flu and cold viruses.

Eat healthy food.

A healthy diet can strengthen your immune system and help you prevent flu and cold viruses from attacking. Healthy foods like fruits, vegetables among others are the keys to good nutrition that will stoke your immune system. Desist fro junk food every now and then, and chance routines.

Get plenty of rest.

Yes, sleep is also a way of keeping yourself from getting sick. Not only do you prevent yourself from going to places that carry germs, but you also it gives you a healthy immune system. Insufficient sleep or poor sleep quality is associated with lowered immune function.

Always carry tissue paper.

This is necessary especially if you will be visiting public toilets, this is good because it helps prevent you from getting unnecessary STDs, most especially if the place you are using runs out of toilet paper.

Regular visits to the doctor.

This helps you know if your a clear of infections, diseases and other weird health problems. You need this as frequently as possible because it will help you keep updated on your health.

These are just a few tips you can adjust to, they work for both males and females including children, so there’s no excuse to keep getting sick when there are plenty of remedies.
