At times you look at some ladies at campus with crystal clear faces and wonder how they do it. We try so hard to use every recommended thing but end up spending a lot and harming our skin. What works for someone might not work for you.  However, keeping a healthy and lovely skin is important for us all. Most times we use cosmetics without knowing if they are compatible with our skin. It is advisable to go for skin testing before you start using some cosmetics especially facial ones. You will spend between 5000-20,000 on testing, which is a fair price and can be afforded by an average campuser.

For day-to-day better skin treats; avoid touching your face frequently because 100% of the time your hands are not clean and contain dirt that in the long run causes pimples. Pinching your pimples will not chase them away but rather give you more additions on your face and bring many black heads that make you darker.  I know you have heard it all but take loads of water because it relieves the body of all the toxins and rejuvenates it.  You can Scrub with bushera paste to remove the facial dirt and leave your skin smooth.  Steam your face 1-4 times a month to open the pores and let the skin breathe. Wash your face with non-abrasive soap such as glycerin or a gentle chamomile soap that contains no fragrances that can irritate the skin so as to cleanse the skin. Above all, avoid using cosmetics with bleaching ingredients like hydroquinine these may clear your face but in the long run cause you cancer and beware they were banned in Europe. We surely do not want you dead when you are still a youth.
