Kampala International University students were yesterday evening involved in a fatal road accident along Kampala – Gulu high way in Nakasongola, Kakooge town with four of them dying on-spot and three breathed their last on route to Luweero where several others are still battling for their dear lives.

According to Molly Kyakuhaire a student at aforementioned university, the students were coming from an association party in Buluri when the vehicle they were travelling in bumped into a taxi that was coming from Kampala on the Kampala-Gulu high way  knocking them off the main road.

The students say that the majority of these were attached to the Banyarwanda community of Kampala International University including the president who was only identified as Frank Ngarambi. The three others that died on spot include Kwizera Vicent, Gasasira and a one Kwikiriza.

Three others died en route to Luweero for first aid treatment while several others are reported to be in a critical condition by the time of compiling this story.
The details of this story are still developing and we shall keep you posted. May the souls of the deceased rest in eternal peace.
