Principal Professor Wasswa Balunywa has assured fresher’s at the Nakawa based Business School, MUBS that its the place to be and their decision to join the Makerere affiliate is not one they will ever regret.
Speaking to Campus Bee in a voice note, the professor asserts that the school has distinguished its self as the best in regards to Business and Management courses in the region and it’s the only “place to be”
“To those joining Makerere University Business School commonly known as MUBS, welcome. Welcome to the place to be and your decision to join MUBS was indeed the right decision because this is the place you will get the best education in Business and Management in the country. MUBS has distinguished itself for the way it teaches and handles students. I am sure you won’t regret the decision.” – Professor Balunywa said in part.
He was, however, quick to caution the students that this is campus and unlike their high schools where teachers decide for them, they will have to make their own decisions recommending them to choose on balancing their lives.
“Form study groups and of course I must also say go and relax. You might be coming from places where you’ve never seen a train, you’ve never seen a flash toilet but this is not the end of the world. That’s on a lighter note though.
But MUBS students welcome, you’ve come to the best place you can be in and again wish you a very best in the years ahead. Thank you very much.”
Professor Wasswa Balunywa is the Principal of Makerere University Business School (MUBS). He is the administrative and academic head of all duties at this affiliate, a position he has held since May, 1998.
